Who We Are

Cassie Ridenour

Cassie Ridenour has over 25 years’ experience in quality and environmental management systems and compliance to international standards such as ISO9000, IATF16949, ISO 14065, ISO17021 and ISO14001. Cassie holds a BS in Statistics from the University of Akron and has completed 26 hours of graduate work in Statistics and Materials Engineering at the University of Akron and Case Western Reserve University. She also completed the Forest Carbon Cerificate Program at Michigan State University. Her industry experience includes management in chemicals, plastics, stampings and machining for automotive and commercial markets. In addition to her work at Cridenour.com, Cassie is a Tree Farmer, and Past Chair of the Ohio Tree Farm Committee as well as a Board Member of the Ohio Forestry Association. Cassie has been working with ANSI National Accreditation Board as a Lead and Technical Assessor for the  GHG program since 2009.

Christopher Cook

Chris has over 30 years in quality and environmental management and compliance to international standards such as ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO17021 and ISO14001. After graduating from Mohawk College’s Quality Program in 1982 he worked in quality management, supplier development and plant management. His industry experience includes stamping, casting, machining and plastics. In 2000 Chris was the first witness assessor hired by the International Automotive Oversight Bureau. In this role he performed ISO/TS 16949 witness audits, certification body office audits, assessor competency examinations and participated globally in the development and understanding of ISO/TS16949. He is also a qualified assessor for VDA 6.3 Automotive Process Auditing. In his role as a trustee of the Gratiot Improvement Association Chris worked for several years to modernize a community water system that is over 100 years old, and provide safe clean drinking water to the residents of Gratiot. Since retiring  Chris has spent time volunteering at the Idea Lab at Zane State, Habitat for Humanity, Zanesville Kiwanis, and MRWIG (Muskingum River Woodland Interest Group).
